It all began as a Kickstarter campaign.

In September of 2012, I launched that campaign, and in four days I hit the goal of $1500. In 19 days, I had $3000. In the end, I had $9404 in pledges and went from the plan of putting out a single 18-page issue to putting out a 54-page trade paperback collecting the first three issues.

Now I’m hard at work on those issues, and it’s all because of a couple hundred strangers (and a few friends) who believed in me.
